We support those on the frontlines, including medical assistants, nurses, physicians and caregivers, with dynamic communications that generate results. We dive deep into qualitative and quantitative research to uncover what the healthcare workforce really thinks about the most pressing issues of the day and use those findings to inform advertising and websites that inspire action. Here are two examples:
- We created a lively online community for more than 100k nurses across the country, providing a safe space for these care heroes to share thoughts, feelings and reactions to the biggest news and research affecting their profession. We used conversation insights to shape programming.
- We surveyed geriatric care workers to understand pain points in delivering care to older adults and what supports they need. We used the results to shape products and programming to support these individuals.
